Individual Trauma Intensives
Childhood experiences shape the way we see ourselves, build relationships, and navigate life. When early wounds go unaddressed, they can manifest in self-defeating behaviors such as addiction, emotional instability, mood disorders, and unhealthy relationship patterns. This trauma intensive is designed to help individuals process and heal from relational trauma and unresolved childhood wounds, using the groundbreaking methods of Pia Mellody as outlined in her book, Facing Codependence.
Through a structured, multi-phase approach, participants will explore the origins of their emotional pain, uncover destructive patterns, and learn the skills necessary to re-parent themselves and embrace their authentic selves. This intensive small-group workshop offers a safe, compassionate environment where deep healing can take place, empowering individuals to move forward with clarity and emotional freedom.
Why start a Trauma Intensive?
Traditional therapy can take months or even years to reach the deep emotional breakthroughs needed for lasting healing. This 3 to 4-day intensive is designed to accelerate the healing process, offering participants a powerful opportunity to confront, process, and release their past pain in a focused, supportive setting.
By engaging in Pia Mellody’s experiential trauma work, participants not only gain insight into their past but also learn the tools necessary to build healthier relationships, regulate emotions, and develop a stronger sense of self. If you’ve struggled with feelings of unworthiness, unresolved trauma, or patterns of codependency, this workshop offers a proven path to transformation and freedom.
